House Rules

These simple instructions will make it easy for you to leave the premises in the same condition that you received it in. We want you to get your full deposit back. That helps our premises remain in perfect original condition and ready for the next event.

  • Decorations: Do not hang anything from the ceiling - ceiling is suspended and cannot take additional weights. Screws and wire are provided on the back of the stage for hanging decorations. Nothing heavy please.

    • Glitter: Absolutely no glitter - glitter is very hard to get out.

    • Adhesives: No adhesives on walls - Use only "No residue" tape.

  • Climbing: Do not climb cabinets or counters - In addition to being dangerous, it can cause breakage. Watch for balloons getting into odd places and kids trying to retrieve it.

  • Temperature: Do not set temperature below 70 in summer or above 80 in winter. It can cause condensation problems.

  • Tables: No climbing or sitting on tables. Use a table cloth to avoid food stains on tables.

  • Chairs: Chairs have fabric upholstery. Do not drop food or drink on chairs.

    • Do not use chairs as toys ( wheels are not for play ) , be mindful of possible injury to others.

  • Audio: Contact the venue manager if you need help with the mics or audio - best to request the manager for audio changes/help.

  • Spills: Do not spill drinks on carpet and be mindful of the icing on the cake. Icing stains are pretty hard to remove from carpet.

    • Liquids: No liquid filled weights - avoid leaks that damage the carpet

  • Trash: Take out trash at the end of your event. Trash cans are outside on the north side of the building.

End of Event Checklist

  1. Remove all items

  2. Remove tape from walls

  3. Restrooms - no blockages please (gum/paper), "Accidents" to be cleaned up

  4. Clean tables, chairs, floor etc.

  5. Take out trash
